Butterbeer

Okay okay, this is definitely a stretch for beer moment. Butterbeer has no beer in it or any alcohol. I made this for the Harry Potter Party for the teens at the library today. The kids loved it! I had to make two huge batches. hahah This is quite tasty and probably way too sweet, but who cares! :) 

Now I am at home drinking a legit beer and feeling pretty good about myself.
